Whether you are a patient, carer, family member, or have been bereaved, our walks provide the chance to enjoy fresh air, light exercise, and good company in beautiful outdoor settings.

The walks are free to attend, relaxed in pace, and open to all abilities. They are led by members of our friendly team, with plenty of opportunities to chat, share experiences, and simply take time out in nature.

Many people tell us that the walks help reduce feelings of isolation, boost mood, and create a sense of belonging.
