Children's Hospice South West provide hospice care and professional family support services for babies, children and young people with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions. The care is offered at each of their 3 hospices based in the South West of England and includes: short breaks, sibling support, emergency care, end-of-life care, bereavement support, care therapies and support for teenagers.

This charity delivers high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness. The family support team at Claire House Hospice provide 1:1 counselling, group counselling, music therapy sessions, social events for families and support activities to promote positive psycho-social wellbeing. These services are available for families of seriously and terminally ill children.
