Demelza Hospice Care for Children

Demelza deliver expert care to Children with serious or life-limiting conditions, providing support for all the family, from first diagnosis and for as long as they are needed. The support they provide includes family support, short breaks and therapies. Services are available either at one of their three sites in Kent, South East London and East Sussex, in the community, virtually, or in their own home.

St Margaret's Hospice

This charity delivers high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness. They have two hospice sites; one in Yeovil and one in Taunton, each with an inpatient unit, day hospice service and a therapies service. They also provide a range of community based services and a 24-hour adviceline. They have a Family Support Service that provides support for families with young children and teenagers during the patient's illness and after bereavement.

Treetop Hospice Care

Treetops Hospice offer support and counselling to children and adults who have been bereaved from any cause.

All services are provided free of charge, and are not means-tested.

The service is available to all users of Treetops Hospice services and people registered with a GP practice in Derby city or Southern Derbyshire.
