Zoe's Place Baby Hospice

This charity provides palliative, respite and end of life care in a safe, home from home environment to babies and infants aged from birth to five years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. The experienced staff work alongside healthcare professionals to develop a tailored palliative care plan for each child and family. The 24 hour, one to one support for children can allow parents and carers to recharge their batteries or to spend time with their other children while knowing their child is in safe hands. The charity also offers a parent support network and sibling support groups.
