Helpline for children in Wales

Meic is a helpline service for children and young adults up to the ages of 25 in Wales. They offer an online chat, phone and text service for children to reach out and have a chat confidentially. Conversations are not recorded and relevant information local to you will be given. You can contact them in English or Welsh from 8 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.
