Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice, based in Leeds, provides expert palliative care for people living with a life-limiting condition. They offer a huge range of support to people, from inpatient care and care in people’s own homes with the support of their expert team of community nurse specialists to day services that help people remain independent longer and offer respite to carers.
