If you are aged 18 and above, and resident in Lower Marr (Deeside), you can make your initial appointment by phoning MHA's confidential number to leave a message. They will discreetly return your call, usually within three working days, to agree an initial meeting. This meeting lasts around 30-60 minutes at which time you can discuss:

You will then be added to their waiting list and matched with a suitable counsellor as soon as one becomes available.
